    Basic services for either interiors or exteriors take 1–4 hours. Full inside-out details or corrections can take 4–8+ hours depending on condition.

    In all instances, yes.

    →How do I book a service?

    Book via our website, phone/text, or social media. We'll confirm details and recommend the best package.

    →What forms of payment do you accept?

    We currently accept cash and check at this time.

    →What is your cancellation policy?

    Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.

    →Can I leave my vehicle and go inside or to work?

    Yes! As long as we have access to the vehicle, you don't need to be present the entire time.

    →Do you offer maintenance plans?

    Yes! Monthly and bi-monthly plans are available at discounted rates to keep your car consistently spotless.

    →Are your products safe for my car interior and exterior?

    Absolutely. We use only pH-balanced, exterior- and interior-safe products from trusted brands.

    Yes! We offer custom pricing for fleets and multi-car households.

    →Is detailing worth it for older or high-mileage vehicles?

    Absolutely! Detailing improves appearance and longevity—especially for aging vehicles. You’d be surprised how much better your car is capable of looking if it’s been awhile!

    We are not currently insured, please click on our ‘Legal’ page for more information. By booking, the customer agrees to assume all risk and releases Full Spectrum Auto Spa from liability. If you have a sensitive or modified vehicle, please let us know in advance. All vehicle polishing and compounding correction services require a hand-signed release waiver in order to be serviced.

    →Do you use photos of my vehicle for promotion?

    Yes, we showcase our work online—but we respect your privacy. Just let us know if you’d prefer your vehicle not be photographed or shared.

    →Do I need to pay in advance?

    We never require prepayment. You only pay after the job is complete and you’re satisfied with the results.

    →Do you use gas-powered equipment?

    We exclusively use electric-powered tools for a quieter, cleaner, and more eco-friendly experience.

    →Are pets a problem during the service?

    Not at all! As long as your pets are friendly and the work area is spacious and safe, we’re happy to work with them around.

    →Do you offer refunds?

    Due to the amount of materials, travel, and labor involved, we do not offer refunds. However, if you’re unhappy during the job, we’ll stop work immediately and won’t request payment.

    →What happens if there’s bad weather or an emergency?

    We’ll notify you ASAP if weather or internal emergencies affect your appointment. We’ll reschedule promptly and professionally.

    →Is there an extra charge for very dirty vehicles?

    In cases of extreme dirt, stains, pet hair, or buildup, an extra fee may apply. We’ll always assess the vehicle first and discuss any adjustments before beginning work—no judgment, just transparency.
